The ideal place for your holiday!

My luxury villa is situated on the US27, comprising 2 Master Suites & 2 twin rooms, heated pool & spa, Games Room, WI-FI Internet & much more.

Centrally located for Disney World & all other attractions, restaurants, shops and golf courses.

General:
All house lined provided. Bring your own beach towels.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher.

Living:
2 Sofas (1 converts into a queen size sofa bed) and 1 large chair. Cable TV and Playstation 2.

Dining:
Dining table seats 6, however, additional 2 can sit at the table using chairs from Games Room. A breakfast bar also seats 3 extra people.

Bedrooms:
2 Master Bedrooms with en-suites, 1 King size bed with access to pool area & 1 Queen bed. 2 Twin rooms are separated by the 3rd bathroom.

Bathrooms:
All bathrooms have bath tubs with overhead shower, toilet and wash basins.

Entertainment:
Video, Radio, CD player, DVD Player, Playstation 2 with selection of games. Garage has been converted into a fully air-conditioned games room with pool table, air hockey table & electronic dartboard.

Outside:
Private pool & Spa that can be heated for an additional charge. Lanai / Patio with table & 6 chairs, and sun loungers also provided.

Availability:
Available to rent year round.

Arrival after 4pm.
Departure 11am.
